Joe, formerly a Regional Manager at Staples, joined Syndeo Staffing’s Central Kansas division. He has experience in sales and leadership and relocated to Wichita for a new opportunity in manufacturing and engineering. Joe was later appointed Vice President and then President and CEO of the company, which grew to $60 million annually under his leadership. With expertise in recruiting for manufacturing and light industrial sectors, Joe is passionate about finding the right people and creating a positive company culture. He is married with a 15-year-old daughter and enjoys spending time with his family.

Anna holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Southwestern College and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management with a concentration in Strategic Innovation and Change Management from Colorado State University. Anna enjoys the fast-paced nature of HR, building relationships with clients and candidates, and networking in the community. Recently, she was recognized as an Emerging Leader in Wichita and is a member of Emerge Harvey County. Anna lives in Andover with her husband and pets, and in her free time, enjoys running, continuing education, and spending time with family.
